Hello Ron and Nora,
The babies are doing great and there have been no bathroom accidents in the house. Yea! Great thanks to both of you for everything. You truly run a first class operation.

Hey Ron,
Hope all is well.
It has been just over a year since I first sent Oscar to you, you know how nervous I was
about sending him away, but something had to be done. I was worried that getting rid of
his behavioral problems might also take away some of the things about him that
I loved most, I was afraid I was going to get back a solider with no personality, But I didn’t get
back a solider I got back a dog who now understood what the word NO meant and was
still as silly and funny as ever, he just listens better now.. You said “Trust me
“and I did. Even when it was really hard I did what you said and I am very glad that I did .He still
has his separation moments every now and then but nothing like it used to be. And I am
still working on that. I try to put him in the crate every once in a while so that
he knows it is not a bad thing.
Oscar and Pepper haven’t had a fight since May, they eat side by
side and they even get to play with their toys in the same room once in a while. Where I once thought it was
going to be a nightmare having him live with another dog. Now I could not
imagine separating them, they look for each other when one is not around. I can’t believe how
much he has changed for the better. He lets everyone pet him now, and everyday he just
gets better. I am very glad that your website was the one that was listed when
I looked that day. I can’t imagine what our life would be like now if
I would have sent him anywhere else.
So Thanks again for everything.
Lisa & Oscar
Hey Ron,
So far so good!!!!! Ben stayed at home today for an hour and a half with no barking. I worked with him all weekend leaving him inside and standing outside for minutes at a time. Hopefully we are on the road to "normal" dog life!!!!
The dates that I will be away in the summer are Thursday July 3rd - Thursday July 24th. I am not sure if I will leave him the full 3
weeks (unless I can take out a small loan!!!) but definitely two of those weeks. Let me know if that is ok. Thanks again. Your the best:)

Hi Ron and Nora,
I've been really impressed with Kiba's behavior since he came home. It's amazing how he responds to "no" immediately compared to before where he'll think about "no". In addition, heel has made my life so much easier. I'm not worried at all when I take him out for walks and I feel really relaxed and not anxious like how I used to. Before I couldn't even take him out to potty without the horrible headcollar on! We still train him every day and it makes me laugh every time I watch Ron's video of teaching Kiba to "stay" because Kiba gets so impatient when I try to teach him stay that he'll get up occasionally so I can feel Ron's frustration. Overall, it looks like Kiba will be doing okay. I've taken him off the leash today so we'll see how that changes his behavior. Would you recommend keeping it on him if he regresses being off his lease? Anyways, I would like to board him again with you the last week of May. I know it's a couple of months from now but I am planning ahead. My family lives in California and so we're flying back to have my wedding there. I don't think I would be able to take Kiba with me and I think I feel much better leaving him to you guys, his second parents, than with a friend or in a kennel. If you need the dates now I would be glad to email you back with them but if it's better to wait until it gets closer, I can also do that. Again, thank you so much for helping me tame this boy!
Sincerely,
Kuw Xiong

Hi Ron,
I wanted to send you a quick update on Madrid (3½ month old American Bulldog). Rob and I are so pleased with your results. Overall, he seems like a different puppy around the house. He is much more respectful, enjoyable, and less mischievous. Specifically, the walking is AWESOME! He goes on a walk every night and walks at my knee like a perfect gentleman, I am so glad he is learning this early. He also moves along and a nice clip, which is great for me. His sit, down, and stay responses are also going well. As we are both learning so it is not perfect, but he follows the commands almost every time. We work for about ten minutes and by the end is really cued into me. It is funny, how similar training a dog is to training a horse the right way, at least a dog can't buck you off and if they step on your foot, its not as painful :) Once again, we really wanted to thank you for your hard work and sharing your expertise with us and Madrid. I have a good friend that is seriously considering your program and I will continue to spread the word!
Sincerely,
Margo Myers

Hi Ron, I know I was supposed to call you to update you on Ollie's progress. He is doing great. He walks great on his leash. He sits most of the time. He is going on the paper about 95% of the time and the very best thing is sleeping in the crate at night. He jumps right into the crate at night and except for two times early on, he has had no accidents in his crate. I know that now everything is just a matter of repetition. Tha He is a turning into a great pet and we know what we need to do. Thank you so much.

"We had two dogs trained by the Williams facility. We have no hesitation leaving our boys at the facility. Our boys are better cared for then most children in day care facilities

Hi Nora! I just wanted to let you know that Ron is amazing! My beagle, Jack and I have had two lessons so far (second one was yesterday) and I am completely amazed at how well Jack is doing. Ron told me that I can write up a little testimonial and give it to him at our next lesson. So I will be doing that! But I am so pleased with the results so far, that I just wanted to tell you that! I can't believe the difference he's made in Jack in only two lessons.....as well as the difference he's made in me....we practice every single day and Ron said that he's doing great! I'm just so happy that Jack is starting to act like my pal and not my stubborn dog....I LOVE IT!!!!!! It is WELL WORTH the money and I think you guys are great! I recommend it to everyone I know who has a "problem dog".......So, THANK YOU!!!!!!

To this day Aaron & I talk about what a difference you made in Casey's
behavior and training. Your training, as well as your encouragement to be
patient with her, was invaluable. She is the sweetest & most well-behaved Fox Terrier you could imagine. We also appreciate that whenever we travel, we know that she is left in good hands. Casey's reaction (her tail wagging until it is about to fall off!) when you, Ron, or Fred come to pick her up, is testimony enough to know how comfortable she is with you & that she knows she is going someplace fun! Just wanted to say thanks again for all of your advice, too, and Casey looks forward to her week with you this coming August.

Hi Ron,
I wanted to take the time to say thank you for training Isabella. I love the way she responded to you. I am working very hard to get her to respond to me. She really did great today. I was able to get out of work early and work with her. We went for a very long walk and she did not pull me at all. When we got home we practiced the workout you showed me and then she actually sat with me calmly. It was really nice!! I can not thank you enough!! Thank you for all of your help!!!!
Sincerely, Toni
